Directions for use
1-2 capsules/day, starting from 16 years of age. Preferably to consume during meals.
Ingredients
30 capsules. One capsule contains: Psyllium husk BIO - 250 mg; Senna leaves - 144mg; Fennel Seed 10mg; Mint Leaves - 10mg; Rosehip powder - 10mg; L-Acidophilus - 10mg; Cinnamon buckthorn - 10mg; Papaya Fruit - 5mg; Celery - 5mg; Ferrous Fumarate - 0.25mg - which iron 0.08mg - 0.5% RDA.
