The key to getting peaceful and restful sleep is melatonin, a hormone secreted by the body that induces sleep. When melatonin secretion is disturbed by various factors, sleep appears with difficulty or not at all.

Life Impulse® Sleep&Calm with Melatonin helps you relax, fall asleep and have a more restful sleep due to the fast-acting formula based on melatonin and concentrated sour cherry juice.
Melatonin helps reduce sleep disorders* and the time required to fall asleep** (the beneficial effect is obtained under the conditions of a minimum dose of 0.5mg given before bedtime on the first day of the journey and within the next few days after the arrival at destination*, and under the conditions of a 1mg consumption of melatonin before bedtime**).
